Richard A. Bachman, Managing Partner CEO

A Senior Executive and General Manager with 35 years of professional experience, Richard has a diverse marketing background that ranges from packaged goods at Grey Advertising, Lever USA and Lysol, to financial services at CitiBank and the largest U.S. independent securities regulator, and proven entrepreneurial success at MovieFone / 777-FILM.

Prior to starting the Members Benefit Group, Richard developed the Affinity Group/Member Benefits Program at the largest independent securities regulator in the U.S., where he and his team provided high quality products and services at a value add or discount.  During his tenure, Richard successfully managed business growth in a changing regulatory environment.  He was key in negotiating all partnership agreements with many Fortune 500 partners and was responsible for managing all aspects of the business.

Richard has an MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He was on the advisory council of the Isenberg School of Management at UMASS for 8 years.  He has been active in the community as a youth sports coach for 14 years and has served on several town advisory boards.
